Cancellation Policy
We understand if you may need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you cancel/reschedule at least twelve hours before your scheduled time. Any cancellations and/or reschedules within the twelve hours of your scheduled time and/or not showing up to your scheduled service(s) will result in being charged $15, in addition to the non-refundable deposit. Failure to pay a cancellation/no-show charge of $15 will result in an IOU and/or ban from booking. This fee must be paid before rescheduling any service with Phenomenal Beauty. Note: Reschedules within 12 hours of scheduled time = cancellation
